When I was a child, rivers and fields were playgrounds and learning places, and I think children (humans) and nature coexisted. However, with high economic growth, children's playgrounds were transformed into a virtual space "computer game" like artificial world, and changed to visual play that satisfies the brain without sweating. I think this kind of play is one of the causes of the social problem of withdrawal (hikikomori). I think that people's hearts and nature are getting sick. In particular, abnormal phenomena are taking place all over the world as if the earth is angry about destructive development.

The memorable Great East Japan Earthquake of 11th March 2011 made many people aware of the wonders of nature and made them feel the importance of nature. Never stopping "disputes and destructive development”, "trembling heart", and "sick people".

I started producing art while thinking that I could fill the gaps between my heart and feel the importance of nature and the joy of living in such modern times even for a moment. In the “world of the mind”, I use pens to express freely the memories of the original landscape in my mind.
